We are on the hunt for a new Administrator – Customer Support Agreements, with a national focus working as part of our National Aftersales Team across all of our branches .

This role is responsible for the internal administration of our important Customer Support Agreement’s (CSA) program with a primary focus on Volvo Construction Equipment, creating new costing's, setting up agreements and processing internal approvals back from our workshop.

A high level of detail with confidence in Excel and the ability to work with AX Dynamics system would be an advantage along with the ability to prioritise work depending on demands.

Reporting directly to the newly created position of National Aftersales Business Development Manager this role integrates with all of our 17 workshops providing centralised approval and costing structure which leads on to the delivery of our best in class service to our customer base.

This position will give the successful candidate excellent exposure across our business and has very good career path opportunities for the right person with a positive attitude

You will be process focused, demonstrate confidence in handling data accurately, have exposure to workshop or parts handling and be construction equipment focused.

As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as will you top level service to our customers.

Along with the above you will be able to converse with all levels within the business with attention to detail being your middle name.
