The role:
We are currently looking for our new Parts Correspondent to join our team in Auckland. You will be providing the highest level of service to our customers, therefore we will be looking for a solid history of you achieving this in previous Parts roles. Bringing your sense of humour will help, as well as doing your bit as a valued team member. You will be an integral member of the team. We always offer and encourage further/consistent training, development, and support to our team members.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements.
• Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch.
• Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
• Quote enquiries, monitor sales orders daily.
• Support our service department.
• Inform customers of their orders progress, maintaining a high standard of customer service, with the goal of perpetuating business.
• Provide a prompt and efficient level of customer service to all customers, both inside the Parts Department and the wider company environment.
• Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers, suppliers and to all other people within the Company.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience in a parts department environment.
• High levels of accuracy and be detail orientated.
• A proven understanding of the importance of great customer service.
• Be a computer savvy individual who is confident to learn and use multiple systems, including MS Office applications.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to work without direct supervision
