We have created a new role to help with a range of key service related focus areas. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aftersales, this position will be Christchurch based and will work across the branch network assisting with both business as usual, project and improvement work.
As the NZ dealer for Volvo, Yanmar, Allison, Perkins, Kohler and other, you will work with leading edge products within our industry.
This role has a number of key focus areas:
• DAFO – pick up the process from our aftersales team and manage the technical support and install process.
• Customer Service Agreements (CSA) – with assistance from an experienced Administrator, manage the approval of all CSA quotes, responsibility for the entire CSA portfolio and ensure our service schedules comply with warranty obligations.
• Apprentice Program design and execution – in conjunction with our General Manager – People and Safety, assist with the building of an industry recognised market leading apprentice program, including the planning and review of the program as well as hands-on time with our apprentices to continue their upskill.
• Management of our Warranty and Product Support Team to ensure best practice delivery to both internal and external customers.
In addition to the above, a focus on workshop improvements, service systems projects, SOPs and other ad-hoc tasks.
To be successful in this role you will need to have been around workshops, sales or the service industry in general. An excellent communicator, you will enjoy working with others to get the work done. You will need proficient computer skills and experience including using the Microsoft Office range of products and other internal software programs. A natural at multi-tasking, you will enjoy supporting others and will be pro-active in working through tasks, using your initiative and getting things done in a timely manner.
