Setting the standards for exceptional technical and customer service is something TransDiesel takes very seriously. With the vision of being New Zealand’s leading sales and service organisation, the company understands that service delivery is the cornerstone of any premium brand’s aftermarket solutions. This is why TransDiesel has invested considerable resources into fostering technical talent and developing service infrastructure to maintain, repair its Volvo products according to the brand’s best practice quality and safety standards.
TransDiesel’s commitment to aftermarket care has not gone unnoticed, and has been recipient of a Volvo CE Excellence in Service Delivery Award for the APAC Region, at the local dealer conference in Perth (November 2018). Volvo CE recognised the challenges that TransDiesel faces supporting nationwide customers, given New Zealand’s remote location in the world, yet was particularly impressed at how well the companies’ robust network and excellent aftersales team support clients from Northland to Invercargill.
TransDiesel’s commitment to quality and safety driven service is best exemplified by a recent feedback email. In the words of the client, a seasoned operator within the scrap metal industry; “The job safety pre-start, during and shut down was incident/injury free which in its self is testimony to your technician’s obvious control of his work site, especially having crane lift in the scope of works. An excellent tradesman/supervisor and a credit to your company.”
Another major accomplishment that granted this APAC recognition is the fact that TransDiesel has not one, but two teams advancing to the Volvo Masters finals in Sweden, March 2019.
