We are looking for a receptionist for our busy Christchurch office. This role is the first point of contact for visitors both in person and via telephone therefore we are looking for applications from those that display a bright friendly attitude and demeanor.

Experience in a previous receptionist position is ideal, however evidence of working within a team environment, supporting others with workload overflow will also be considered.

To succeed in this role, you will be able to prioritise and have excellent time management and be able to meet deadlines. Highly skilled Microsoft Office skills are essential, as is being able to juggle several priorities and different pieces of work at the same time.

Alongside reception duties, this position provides admin support to the wider team – including things such as Bank/EFTPOS transactions, credit checks, customer queries, assisting accounts payable with distribution of invoices/statements, monthly reconciliations, travel, vehicle and maintenance registers.
