Due to continued success and growth, we are now seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in our Christchurch Head Office.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team on a range of administrative activities. The key focus of the role will be to efficiently support the supply chain specialists with order placement, shipment processing and costing, price and availability requests, new item creation, and a range of other administrative tasks. This role is part-time, 25 hours per week.
As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have worked within a supply chain environment with demonstrated experience in supply chain administration aligned to strategic objectives and best practice. The role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, a track record of excellence in internal customer and supplier relationship management.
