We have created a new role to focus on our aftersales business growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aftersales, this position will be Christchurch based and will work to grow our aftersales offering across our DAFO, Service Agreements and Attachments business.
As the NZ dealer for Volvo, Yanmar, Allison, Perkins, Kohler and other, you will work with leading edge products within our industry.
Managing a small team, this new role is well positioned to make a real difference amongst our talented team. Providing the sales nous and working alongside other internal resources, candidates applying for this role will bring the technical skills required to add value from day one.
To be successful in this role you will need to have been around workshops, sales or the service industry in general. An excellent communicator, you will enjoy working with others to get the work done. You will need proficient computer skills and experience including using the Microsoft Office range of products and other internal software programs. A natural at multi-tasking, you will enjoy supporting others and will be pro-active in working through tasks, using your initiative and getting things done in a timely manner.
This is a senior role, therefore we will be looking for proven experience of your ability to work across a broad range of tasks within a complex and diverse business.
