We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Customer Support team based in Christchurch. In the role, you will work closely with the team to achieve contractual and business objectives through effective administration of Customer Support Agreements, including agreement preparation, reporting and forecasting. You will also provide reporting on a regular basis to inform strategic decision making regarding existing and potential Customer Agreements. The Contracts Administrator will have a good understanding of relevant contractual and commercial terms, as well as strong attention to detail and level of accuracy.

We are looking for an experienced contract administrator, ideally with knowledge of the heavy equipment industry or similar. You will have a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, with experience working in a busy environment, using sound judgement and a natural ability to multi-task. A competent computer user with MS office skills, you will be a natural communicator and able to operate in a professional manner with excellent written and numerical skills.
