Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing functional, best practice solutions and improvements that drive business efficiencies across sales and business application systems, primarily salesforce, FormTAB, B2B customer portal and B2C e-commerce platform. This will require you to work closely with key stakeholders such as sales and marketing to understand the broader business drivers, gather data and feedback, and map business needs to process solution designs, as well as partnering with application vendors. You will also be involved with facilitating training and review sessions with functional owners and end users of these systems.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced IT and Business Professional with experience of CRM products, preferably as a product owner, and proven business expertise to set clear priorities for CRM systems. Knowledge and experience in implementing Customer Resource Management (CRM) solutions is preferred, as is salesforce expertise and a thorough understanding of agile practices and development methodologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence across multiple functions and teams.
