Reporting to the General Manager – Aftersales, this role has been created to support the achievement of our key strategic pillar of excellence in both internal and external customer experience.  In this role you will be leading the development and growth of aftersales propositions with new and existing customers, focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience whilst developing and implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of our aftersales business.  A key focus of this role is to review and refine our processes around our current product offerings, to ensure they are aligned to our strategic objectives and enable a consistent approach to all Aftersales product delivery nationwide.

We are looking for individuals with experience in service and/or product management within the heavy equipment industry or similar, with a demonstrated commitment, motivation, and flexibility to lead and drive success within the aftersales market.  To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, the ability to communicate at all levels and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.  Salesforce application knowledge would also be an advantage.
