COVID 19 Alert Level Change – Operational update to our customers

Message to valued customers

As of 28th February 2021, TransDiesel Auckland and Silverdale branches moved to Alert Level 3, while all other branches moved to Alert Level 2 as per the Ministry of Health’s guidelines.

What this means:

Sales, Service & Parts.

Our Auckland and Silverdale branches will be open for essential services only.
 
All other branches will be open for business as normal for any sales, service and parts enquiries.
 
COVID-19 Precautions.

Contactless collection has been put in place through our Auckland and Silverdale branches.
 
All customers and staff will practice social distancing.
 
Customers and visitors must sign in or use the COVID-19 Tracer App, when entering any of our branches

Hand sanitiser will be available for use.

Any TransDiesel employee that can work from home will do so.
