COVID 19 Alert Level Change – Operational update to our customers September 21st

Alert Level 2 Operations:

At alert Level 2, customers are now allowed back into our premises, however they must scan and wear a mask.  

• There is increased sanitisation in our workplaces, including the sanitisation of work stations, and all surfaces on a regular basis.  
• Contactless collection is no longer required and customers can enter our premises again.  Customers MUST scan on entry to our sites, and must wear masks.  No mask, no entry.  They must also remain two metres from all other people (including our employees and other customers).  They are required to scan our QR codes on entry.
• Masks must be worn in the workplace by our employees and while performing all work in a shared space and while in common areas. 
• Any TDX employee that can work from home will continue to do so.

While at Alert Level 2, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority and we will be strictly following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines to keep everyone safe.

Alert Level 3 Operations:

For the Auckland region at Alert Level 3 we are open for contactless business

We are now taking service bookings for all customers when we are able to fully operate. While our branches in Alert Level 3 areas won’t be open as normal, we will have contactless options available for servicing requirements, with the ability to pick-up and drop-off.

While at Alert Level 3, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority and we will be strictly following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines to keep everyone safe.
