The TwisterTrac AC210 VSI crusher designed to operate under many different conditions and in diverse applications.
Pilot Crushtec’s TwisterTrac AC210 is a fully-mobile, diesel hydraulic, remote-controlled, tracked Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher, used for manufacturing “in spec”, high-quality cubically shaped aggregates and sand. Ideally used as a third or fourth stage crusher, the field-proven TwisterTrac AC210 is used all over the world in aggregate, industrial milling, recycling and mineral processing applications. This world leading product can be used on its own or easily integrated into mobile crushing plants.
The tracked TwisterTrac AC210 was engineered from the ground up, making it fit for purpose unlike many so-called mobile crushers which are static machines adapted to accommodate the need for mobility.

About the PILOT CRUSHTEC VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT CRUSHER SERIES

The Pilot Crushtec range is spearheaded by the Twister series of vertical shaft impact crushers (VSI’s). The largest, the AC210 model is available with a range of rotor and crushing chamber options. This unit forms the basis of the world’s first production track mounted VSI – the Twister Trac.
Vertical shaft impact crushers have been the backbone of the Pilot Crushtec product line up for more than fifteen years with the Twister crusher having established itself as a leader in vertical autogenous rock-on-rock crushing technology.
Twister crushers produce cubical shaped, high quality aggregate and sand that meets today’s demanding specifications in contracting, civil engineering and construction projects. These crushers offer enhanced gradation control and are commonly used for the production of fines in industrial and pre-milling applications.
It is this combined understanding of VSI technology and changing customer needs that saw Pilot Crushtec develop the first fully mobile tracked VSI crusher. Add to this a VSI crusher that offers significantly reduced maintenance and lower operating costs, and it is easy to understand why a number of these units have been sold both in South Africa and internationally, including a number in New Zealand.
The Twister Trac, tracked VSI crusher has been engineered from the ground as a fully portable machine, unlike many so-called mobile crushers which are static machines adapted to accommodate the need for mobility.
