This minimises the risk of belt damage, especially when in recycling applications. Fines material can be separated and discharged via the by-pass conveyor if necessary, or it can re-join the crushed product on the undercrusher feeder. Compact and Fully mobile

I-1310 IMPACT CRUSHER
Fitted with a 1000mm x 1000mm (40” x 40”) Krupp Hazemag Impactor chamber, the I-1310 is mounted on a heavy-duty undercarriage for on-site mobility.
Incorporating a hydrostatic drive system, this provides continuous monitoring and accurate control of the rotor speed. The standard version has a hopper capacity of 5m³; or as an option hydraulically folding extensions are available giving 8m³ capacity.
Constructed of 10mm hardox walls the hopper also includes an integral pre-screen. Positioned below the crusher chamber is the integral under crusher vibratory feeder which discharges onto the 900mm product conveyor belt.
