The Pilot Modular range is an award winning range of ready to use semi-mobile, skid mounted crushing, screening, washing and stockpiling equipment. All machines in this range – including screens, conveyors, jaw crushers, cone crushers, horizontal impact crushers, vertical shaft impact crushers, feed hoppers and washing plants - are mounted on skid-frames, do not require concrete foundations and are designed for rapid installation and easy integration with the entire product range. Machines in the Pilot Modular range can be used as a standalone machine or combined with other Pilot Modular equipment. The Pilot Modular range consists of standard modules which are reconfigurable and scalable and therefore allow contractors to start small and change or grow their processing plant as demand increases or product requirements change. A complete crushing and screening plant can typically be set up and operating at full capacity within days from arrival on site. These tried and tested machines are robust and designed to handle the harshest conditions and toughest rock in all types of applications.
Available in both static and mobile versions, the Terex Finlay 206 Logwasher has been designed to remove clay conglomerates from stone products. Two inclined shafts rigorously agitate the material and using the archimedial screw principal, the stone is pushed forward towards the discharge chute. An additional option of a final rinse followed by dewatering on a small dewatering screen can be mounted at the outlet if required. The water containing the broken down clay articles is weired off at the rear of the Logwasher.
The Terex Finlay range of mobile wash plants are today’s most efficient, cost effective and energy conscious systems on the market. These systems have been engineered for quick installation and ease of relocation, ideal for shorter term projects. Typical applications include: washing sand & gravel, crushed rock, quarry dust and recycled concrete.
The Terex Finlay Sandmaster is a range of high performance mineral-classifying cyclone and dewatering units. Capable of producing one or two grades of sand, the Finlay Sandmaster incorporates a centrifugal rubber lined slurry pump(s), vertically mounted hydro cyclones, a collection tank and a dewatering screen
The Terex Finlay Siltmaster system has been designed using the latest advancements in flocculent technology to remove silt from waste water which is produced as a result of sand washing. Previously the silt was allowed to flow with the waste water to large settling ponds where it would gravitate out. The silt was then dredged using draglines etc. every few weeks. This method in many cases has proved to be inefficient and results in material handling problems with high labour costs. The Finlay siltmaster with the aid of a flocculent now allows the continuous removal of this silt from waste water.
The Terex Finlay 100E, 150E and 200E single product Hydrasanders are used for dewatering and removing the silt content from washed sand. The large diameter bucket wheel, long fines recovery spiral and low power requirements enables these units to be both efficient and cost-effective. Concrete, building, mason and plaster sands can be produced. Tailings can also be dewatered.
Terex Finlay static vibrating screens are available for dry screening or supplied as an integral part of a washing plant. They range from 10’ x 4’ thru to 20’ x 5’ in size and are engineered to Finlay’s high quality standards. Options include poly decks, rubber mats and rubber lined chutework.
The Terex Finlay 150TP Twin Product Hydrasander provides two sands from the one unit. The model requires two separate sand slurry flows into the Hydrasander and are dewatered as separate products, typically a concrete sand and a finer building grade sand.
Extremely mobile system with high production capacity making smaller contracts viable. Rapid Connection to other TEREX Finlay plant to form complete mobile washing solutions Cedarapids 16’ X 6’ screen 206 Logwasher includes a dewatering screen, oversize conveyor, rear conveyor.
