Mobile gensets and containerized gensets provide a particularly practical solution where power is required only temporarily or where the location site is liable to be shifted.

- the dimensions and handling characteristics of the containers conform to internationally standardized ISO requirements for freight containers with/without detachable trailer chassis

The practically-oriented design of these units coupled with a comprehensive range of accessories and optional equipment means that adaptation to special customer requirements or different operating conditions presents no problems at all - whether the unit needs dust protection for desert assignments or high-performance noise insulation for operation in residential areas.
And it goes without saying that using a containerized genset has considerable economic advantages over converting or constructing a permanent building to house a conventional, stationary plant.
A special feature of VIRTUS container gensets is that they consist of different standardized modules. This modular concept allows the tailoring of the genset to your individual needs, ie standby or continuous duty, 50 or 60 hertz and low or high voltages. Mobile Virtus genstes are offered in the power ranges between 650 and 2500 kVA.
